Our facility is situated in Huadu, Guangzhou, the heart of China’s bags and luggage industry cluster, where we produce over 10,000 bags per month. Equipped with a modern bag factory and a highly experienced team, we focus on creating premium products for the outdoor and sports industry.
The bag manufacturing process involves several key stages, including raw material testing, fabric cutting, printing, sewing, and packaging. These steps are tailored to the specific bag product, ensuring top-notch quality and attention to detail.
In our bag manufacturing process, we primarily utilize materials such as fabric, zippers, buckles, sponges, wires, and more.
After confirming the backpack sample, we will create a precise cutting die based on the backpack’s design and dimensions. This die will be used in conjunction with an automatic fabric feeding and cutting machine to accurately cut the fabric pieces.
Following the assembly line division of labor, the entire backpack is stitched using double nylon thread and fine stitches to ensure the backpack’s durability and prevent it from cracking with prolonged use.
Once the backpacks are finished, our quality control team carefully examines each one. They check for any stains, excess threads, ensure the stitching and edges are flawless, and confirm the zippers are intact. Only backpacks that meet these criteria, ensuring they are free from any defects, move on to the packaging stage.
Once we confirm that each bag is of impeccable quality, we attach hangtags to them, pack them in eco-friendly plastic bags, and affix labels as specified by the customer. Some backpacks can be compressed for better product protection. Importantly, this method saves our clients 30-50% of space, leading to significant reductions in logistics and storage costs.
The packaged products will be placed in the warehouse, awaiting transportation. Our warehouse is equipped with surveillance, ensuring a clean and organized environment, and is secure against fire and theft.
